Our plans and dreams for the future - what price a dream? Tourism and other opportunities await!

Our dream is to build a model park (we'd like to call it the Tumbarumba Model Park), complete with dam for sailing remote controlled models and an airstrip for remote controlled model planes. There will be a display area and a place where you can "watch the master at work" - Russ' studio will be on display so people can watch him work. (Open by appointment only and classified projects would not, of course, be available for viewing by the public.)

And while the men are playing with their toys and having their fun, we hope to also have a little coffee shop, employing locals, with a kid's playground available so mum can relax too, knowing the kids are secure, safe and happy for as long as the big kids (dad) are!

Plus, we want to put in a number of paths around the property, so you can wander around and experience the beauty of our place, Whenuapai (Maori for land of beauty), and be amongst the birds and other wildlife.

Sadly, this may not be possible, as financial constraints are conspiring to compel us to perhaps have to sell the property, so the dream may die, as there is nowhere else in Australia with views like this!

So, if you would like to keep this dream alive, and maybe even contribute in a greater way, we are opening up the option for investment as a business opportunity, either by investing as a partner, silent or otherwise, loan, or donation.

We believe this model park will contribute to tourism in our local area, as well as give hungry modellers a place to meet and sail or fly their masterpieces, or just somewhere to chew the fat with like minds.

We still intend to continue building the models you have grown to love, and you will see many more of these in the future, as purchase of computerised equipment have enabled us to speed up production time dramatically.

Failing that, we will be obliged to sell this property to meet our financial burdens - if you are interested in either buying the property, or buying and renting it back to us so we can continue the dream, please contact us.
